BuildTog 프로젝트는 유럽 하우징 네트워크 (EURHONET)의 포함되며 차세대 주택들은 개발하고 있습니다.

Exterior Insulation

ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System)를 사용한 외단열공법은 이것이 갖고 있는 탁월한 구조적, 물리적 특성을 가지고 있습니다. EPS로 구성된 ETICS (Styropor®)는 50년이상 시공된 사례로서 실제 그 가치가 입증되었습니다. Neopor®로 만든 단열재는 이러한 전통을 이어갑니다.

주택 단열

Multi-family House in Vilnius, Lithuania: from Energy Class D to Energy Class A

Major savings can be achieved through a comprehensive energy-efficient renovation using insulation materials made of Neopor^® - as illustrated by this multi-family house in Vilnius. Thanks to the insulation, energy consumtion was lowered by 85 %: not only conserving resources, but saving money at the same time.

1-litre home

LUWOGE also chooses low-energy construction for new buildings, with the "1-litre home". Forty-six 1-litre terraced houses hae been bzilt by LUWOGE in the Brunckviertel of Ludwigshafen. Thanks to the BASF products used, these homes have an average annual heating energy requirement of only one litre of heating oil per square meter of floor space.

3-litre home

By creating the first 3-litre home in Europe, LUWOGE has shown what is possible by using innovative materials when modernizing old buildings. The go-ahead to modernize a block of flats on Knietschstraße, in the Brunckviertel of Ludwigshafen, was given back in 1999. No-one could have foreseen at the time that the energy concept chosen for the renovation of the building erected in 1951 from the rubble of the war years would become famous beyond the city and the borders of Germany itself.

Social housing construction in passive house quality: Reims

During the construction of the apartment building La Clairiére in Reims, France, the goal was to maintain the cost effectiveness and energy efficiency of social housing. At 15 kWh/m²a, the Neopor^® insulation of the walls and basement ceilings as well as various other energetic measures led to energy consumption at the level of a passive house.

With its Béthune 49 project, the housing company named HABITAT 62/59 PICARDIE has launched one of the first social housing projects under the "passive house" label in all of France and the very first in the Nord Pas-de-Calais region. In order to attain this level of energy efficiency, the two buildings with a total of 49 residential units have been designed by BCDE Architecture with inspiration from the "la Clairiére" project.

Old building renovation in Ludwigshafen

The heritage-protected residential complex Hohenzollern-Höfe in Ludwigshafen, which was awarded the German Property Developer Prize, is a perfect example of the successful renovation of old buildings. Aesthetics and efficiency are now perfectly in line, because the facades have been fitted with ETICS made of Neopor^® as well as protruding balconies.

Fitness and health behind good insulation: LuMit

The builders of the employee centre for work-life management, LuMit, in Ludwigshafen paid special attention to the sustainability of the building. To fulfil the criteria of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) on health and safety, Neopor^® insulation was selected for the flat roof and in the back-ventilated curtain facade.

Comfortable in summer and winter - renovation of single-family house in Schwegenheim

Thermal insulation not only keeps houses warm in winter but also cool for longer in summer. Following the complete renovation of a single-family house built in 1965 (facade insulation, ceiling insulation, and basement ceiling insulation), the building´s energy demand was reduced by almost a third.

Insulating against mould - multi-family house in Worms

The preconception that thermal insulation encourages the formation of mould is unfortunately still widespread. The energy-efficient renovation of a multi-family house built in 1975 shows that the opposite is true: mould is now a thing of the past and energy consumption is significantly lower.

Renovation + thermal insulation - an example from Mannheim

When planning to renovate a facade, it is well worth thinking about thermal insulation. Other renovation measures can also be added and combined. The results for this single-family house in Mannheim, built in 1972: no more draughts and a comfortable home environment.

Improved indoor climate and energy consumption - renovation of old buildings in Neustadt

In many older houses, thermal insulation can lower heating bills significantly. The energy consumption of a single-family house built in 1967 was reduced by almost 20 % using an ETICS with insulation materials made of Neopor^® and other energy efficiency measures.

Great potential for old buildings - the case of Oberhausen-Rheinhausen

Energy-efficient renovation using an ETICS with insulation materials made of Neopor^® can lead to substantial energy savings, especially in old houses. Combined with other measures, the occupant of this single-family house from 1972 saved around 65 % of the original energy demand.

Heidelberg Bahnstadt - World´s Largest Passive House Development

By 2022, the former goods depot in Heidelberg will have been transformed into the world´s largest passive house development. The "Pfaffengrunder Plateau" subproject of the Bahnstadt - winner of the Passive House Award 2014 - already demonstrates how this area of Heidelberg is realising the high ambitions of sustainable energy concepts using insulation materials made of Neopor^®.
